hi folks .

here is a real decent tutorial i found by gearboxxx, its 40 mins long and the idea is creating a urathane/candy look true fire with wicked paint. excellent vid

Thanks for posting ad fez. I like to watch true fire vids, everyone has a variation on how they do it. I must say I've never seen anyone use a texture stencil that way. That stencil is on my list of things to get and play with one day.

i know he makes it look easy but it did seem like a fairly simple way to create true fire( the process and design rather than the kind of paint ), pinky base in shape of cone (ish) with a few holes, red wash, next layer dont go outside of original colour and go around the holes leaving a few more random holes.. orange wash etc etc etc.
