H&S 2024 Line

Still no news on the infinity 2024?

Are these 2024 brushes the first real next gen of these 3 models? Most other things i can seem to find are more upgraded parts like the v2 needles or add ons like the 3 seals. The others being additions to the line rather than succeeding the older design, for example the evolution still being available but then the silverline, cr plus and Al have been added alongside it.

What came before the pre 2024 gen brushes in the ultra, evolution and infinity range?
Nothing new yet, as far as I know. Just been teased / hinted at in a few times (no images) in a few videos.

It seems that all they do is make a newer version of the 3 brushes. Ultra/Ultra 2024, Evolution/Evolution 2024 and the Infinity/Infinity ???? They do come out with custom designs and colors. And some name person that airbrushes toy models from some games. But I like them because of their high quality. Their right up with Iwata.

Two shots snagged from the video.

This is speculative (I'm sure the full video spec breakdown will be up very soon), but here's what I gather so far:

1. Updated trigger control and shape - the trigger pad is much larger and has a sort of diamond cut knurling across the convex top of the trigger.
2. Looks like the red handle is lighter, has a larger eyelet for finger access to the needle chuck and spring tension adjuster.
3. Spring tension adjuster looks to be larger, textured, and more accessible (giving users more spring tension control)
4. Looks like the gold waist between the handle and body still requires a lever-assist for detaching from the body (it looks perforated in the video)
5. 2 cup sizes called out (most likely standard 2 and 5ml cups, unconfirmed)
6. A directional crown cap is called out (item from the Giraldez Infinity variant) - not sure if its included.
7. quick connect air coupler (pretty standard for all H&S brushes)
8. the spring loaded "clicky" adjustable needle stop is back on the back of the handle (no mention of if the more aggressive threading has been added like on the Evolution 2024, or any other adjustments).

What's unclear at this point in time:

1. distance from paint cup to needle tip reduction (comparative to evolution or previous infinities)
2. Stock needle / nozzle size(s) - I assume it'll be either the new 0.28mm and 0.45mm options? (no confirmation on 0.15mm or equivalent)
3. total accessories (2 in 1 option, paint cup options, etc)
4. Color Variants / Limited editions on launch (a la "squidmar" versions for Ultra and Evolution).

Also -

They've committed to providing a parts compatibility rating for retrofitting older brushes with new parts - rating Red, Yellow, or Green for Low, Medium, or High impact improvements by replacing certain parts. Although they did call out major adjustments in the body, it is possible (of course) to add 2024 needle, nozzle, and aircap to older brushes (since all parts are swappable), and certain other parts (to be confirmed later) to mod older brushes (I assume trigger, handle, and needle chuck?).
