HAs anyone tried/used Createx Bloodline flexible adgesion promoter (5092)

I'm considering this for painting figures sculpted in Cosclay (a polymer clay formulated to remain flexible after curing). I.e. basically a kind of soft vinyl.

Does anyone here have any experience with it? if so, how did it perform? Does it rub off easily? Do vinyl plasticizers interfere with it like they can with some paints? What kind of clear coat would one use after painting, in order to maintain flexibility. Createx's website says it dries tacky (https://creatextech.com/assets/html/pages/7040-5092-TDS.html), so a clear coat might be needed if the paint job involves tints applied to the substrate's color.

Thanks!

EDIT: Arg, sorry for the typo in the thread title.

I haven’t used it myself and have no experience painting vinyl. But here’s a video from Tim Gore filmed at Createx HQ that covers the adhesion promoter. Hope it helps.
