6 and 7 Are obvioulsy Aerograph brushes and are worth cleaning up and quite popular and also spray well as far as I know, Havent owned any myself yet :)

The first paasche is only worth about a 5 euros but I will give You 10 if you post it :) (shhhhhhh You lot)

Actually its quite sought after, someone more knowledgeable will be able to help better than I can but it looks like you have some nice kit there :)

Thanks for the info I couldn't find much online (too old I guess) I am going to give a couple a try see if there any good. Where do people sell second hand airbrushes? eBay?

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear about your father.
From the pictures I see some interesting examples:
4th picture: A Rotring, which is a continuation of the English Conopois.
7th picture: A classic Aerograph 63. Very popular among collectors.
8th picture: A Paasche AB turbo: One of the most sought after by collectors and hot in the market.
10th picture: Looks like a Paasche AEC-K Eraser / etching
12th picture: Olympos HP-8C. Single action which I believe became the Iwata HP-M1
18th picture: That Toricon looks suspiciously similar to an early Badger 200 series. I wouldn't be surprised if it was made by Badger

It looks like a nice collection of European sourced airbrushes. The most important part is to make sure they are complete and clean.
Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Ismael

I am sorry for the loss of your father Starboar. If this was his collection he had very good taste and knew what to buy. If you don't mind my asking, what type of painting did he do?

I'm pretty sure DaveG will know most, if not all of them.

At the risk of embarrassing myself I may be able to identify a few.

Pic 3 looks like a EFBE BI hinged
Pic 5 is an EFBE A
Pic 9 is a Holbein. Looks like it says Y-3. Trigger model.
Pic 11 is a Holbein Y-3 It looks like a D after the Y-3. Without seeing the head I would think it to be a Dash series brush because of the D.
Pic 13 is a Binks Raven ll (2). It has the attachment for the Chameleon system.
Pic 19 looks to be maybe a Holbein Y-300. I have a Toricon that looks the same.

As to value it's been said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you choose to sell these you may be surprised at how little or how much any particular brush sells for.

Thanks for all the info! I am going to sell of the collectables and keep a couple for my self. My father co-authored an air brushing book in the 80's I don't have any photos of his paintings he did most of them before I was born.

Hello again,

20th pic: the last one, looks like an Aztec 3000 series airbrush.

16th and 17th pic: The Letraset SA 4, looks like a single action version of the Letraset PS side feed.

Thanks,
Ismael

That's quite an opportunity you have there, I'd advise you keep them.

that is a nice collection airbrushes and I think @DaveG can give you some advice regarding the price tags you can put on those airbrushes you want to sell

Welcome and sorry for the loss of your father. A very nice collection Nr. 2 is a Artis 1 from EFBE. These models were often called single action although they were coupled double action like the Harder and Steenbeck Grafo. I would not sell them. DaveG is the man to go to if you want to know more or need help with them. I hope you get them to work an enjoy using them in memory of your father.

I am sorry about your loss. There are some VERY collectable brushes there. Most are beyond production runs, and parts are basically no longer available. If they can be made to work, or are still in working condition - they are a wonderful collection. That first Fischer is a real gem.

I thought the first picture was a Fischer but wasn’t sure. But I knew you would know. You wouldn’t be Dave if you would not have known🤣🤣🤣
