Hooking up an Eclipse CS

I have a 6gal Hitachi "pancake" air compressor that has the standard air tool quick-connect fitting. Currently the hose attached also has a moisture trap/filter in line.

What sort of connectors do I need in order to get the airbrush hooked up to the compressor, and is the primary regulator on the air compressor accurate enough to use, or do I need to look into something a bit higher quality so I know exactly what PSI I'm working with?

It's already 1/4npt on one side and 1/8th nps (BSP) on the other
These will work.
or you could order

and use whatever hose you want

Id put a cheap regulator inline , not so much for accuracy as just to cut down on the amount you'll have to spray to get down to the actual regulated pressure.

Can't say about the compressor but they are usually 1/4 bsp or npt on the outlet, the eclipse has a standard 1/8 bsp fitting for air. The regulator should be good enough but buy and fit a grex inline mac / quick connect valve and you can fine tune the air as needed. You dont really need a super accurate regulator reading, how the paint is spraying should be all the indication you need.
