After a couple of requests here it is ,
Never done one before bear with me,
1. draw your wave or whatever on your substrate,

In is case A4 size gesso plywood

Then I put a coat or two of Wicked White over the entire picture
to soften the pencil lines ...

Then I like partialy finished the wave and the background up to highlight stage
If you look close to the white part you can see the bubbles.
I will concentrate on them alone, there is a quite a bit of work to come.
