Hey got a quick question for everyone. I have a job where a guy wants a logo painted on a felt card table. Just wondering the best way to go about this. What kinda paint, how do i seal it etc..
Thanks so much

Lee

Painting with opaques would be the best way. A stencil of so e sort can help keep the surrounding areas clean, also a quick coat of a transparent base, then a heat set, like doing dark t shirts, will help the paint cover quicker. Trans base can also be used as a top coat, or some other top coat, I prefer Save Tee from coast airbrush. Also a good heat set when done with painting will lock the paint to the fabric. With felt you may want to be extra careful as to not melt or damage the surrounding felt.

Yes, set on high, no steam, just place a piece of parchment paper over the fabric or a towel. Keep the iron moving for about 2-3 minutes. Same basic method of heat setting shirts.
