How to use uv glow paint

Hi guys just like to know how to use uv glow paint it is createx do I have to mix or just
Paint over what I have do any help will do cheers

First off is it the UV paint or is it the Glow in the dark paint there is adifference,
The UV black light paint can be mixed in with light colors while the Glow in the dark must be painted with many layers over pure white or else you will not see a glow,
While the Glow in the dark paint bottle glows bright once painted even straight out the bottle I have found it still takes many coats to get a good glow.

If it was a bike with a PVC base, I use silver then UV Yellow Glow in the dark, looks awesome at night...
