HP-SB+ and HP-SBS up-size conversion question?

Hi Folks,
I've heard there is an Eclipse 0.5mm conversion kit (or I can buy the HP-BCS 0.5mm nozzle/needle & nozzle cap separately) for the HP-CS and I believe for the HP-SBS.

Has anyone actually done this? Does it work?

I would also like to up-size my HP-SB+ from a 0.2mm to 0.3mm set up and I believe the 0.3mm nozzle will fit so I presume I'll need to change to a 0.3mm needle and use a 0.3mm nozzle cap too.

Has anyone up-sized their 0.2mm HP-A+, B+ or SB+ to a 0.3mm? Did it work?

Since I bought a Micron and I have a Sotar 20/20 as a backup detail airbrush I don't need my HP-SB+ for detail. So I thought I could make my HP-SB+ into a 0.3mm workhorse and make my Eclipse HP-SBS into a very useful 0.5mm airbrush.

Any insight and help appreciated.
Cheers Mel

Yes,, I am not sure about the sb though

Hi Ko,
So you've done the Eclipse 0.3mm to 0.5mm conversion. Did it spray well? Were there any teething problems for me to look out for?

I read on Airbrushes.com that the conversion will also work on the HP-SBS so I'm not worried. It's basically the same airbrush as the HP-CS except its side feed.
Cheers Mel
