Ok guys, I listened to the pros and cons of investing in a Micron at my limited skill level and decided to order a Badger Krome 2 in 1 instead. Chicago airbrush is running a Labor Day sale so I got the AB and a quick disconnect and free shipping all for $114.00. That seemed to be a pretty good deal to me so now all I have to do is await delivery and see how the .20 needle setup works for me. Thanks for all the advice and input.

I personally don't have the krome, I have the velocity but everyone that has one seems to love theirs so GL!

It's a great brush! I love mine. The fact that you get two needles and nozzles makes it all the better.

I've got the velocity. ... love it.... but to have one witha smoother trigger... better paint flow and better atomisation. ..(the krome) sounds likea winner. ... hence I'm buying one myself this weekend... didn't mean to discourage you to much ranger I'm just aware how much a micron head assembly and needle is. ... still early days in you career the micron will come

I sure the 0.2 will work for you!

i have an ifintiy 2 in 1 (0.15 and .04) and an ultra (0.2) And I use the 0.2 from the ultra in my infinity 90% of the time .

money wise a good choise

Fez, If the Krome works as well as advertised I won't need a Micron. The needle and head assembly for the micron cost more than the entire Krome setup so I'll try it and let you know how it works for me. No discouragement was taken. I appreciate your advice:topsy_turvy:

i have a krome velocity micron and infinity the velocity is the same as the krome there both awesome its just i keep going back to the micron only thing the kromes aboot350 cheaper when your a bit further along get the micron i strrongly suggest the cmsb

also have the krome amazing ab
recommend to work with good paint for max results on details.
