Ok baby's
My chinese knockoff airbrush just showed up in the mail , I unboxed it pulled the needle and juiced it , put it back in then pulled back on the trigger and the trigger popped out of the gun........ahhhhh! CRAP!!!
If your new to airbrushing like me and think your saving money buying a knockoff to get started DON'T DO IT !!!!!
Just spend the money for a good starter gun , just ask ask around guys on this board warned me and helped me to descide on what brand and model to order............ I just have to wait for it to show now. I ordered a Badger patriot 105

Question did the entire trigger come off?
If so you may have not gotten the needle through it as they will tend to walk up while the needle is out if you move the whole airbrush.
But Yes Name brand on airbrushes gives less headaches.

No the needle was back in and moving properly ,the spring popped out holding the trigger , I got it back together and working , but I'm glad im getting a name brand , this one just feels a bit sketchy and not well put together.

well on the bright side you learned something , The hard way :D I have learned a lot of lesson that a way so you are not alone..

But you can also see and feel the difference between the knock off and the name brand.

"Createx" is a brand of paint with different lines of paint like AIRBRUSH COLOR, WICKED, AUTO-AIR, ILLUSTRATION. you can check out there site for more detail on each line Createx Colors™.

Each line have their own specifics, but just so you know if you got the AIRBRUSH COLOR line, they are the thickest, and where designed for airbrushes with tips .5 or bigger running at higher pressures. Here is an excerpt from the site :

"Createx Airbrush Colors work best out of the bottle with a 0.5mm tip-sized airbrush operated @ 40 – 50 PSI. For smaller tip-sizes, lower PSI settings and fine-line detailed artwork, reduce with either Createx 5601 Transparent Base or Createx 5608 Illustration Base. For more application information, visit our website’s technical pages."

Hope it helps. :)

That sounds like a good plan. I'm getting use to these auto air colors.
