Iwata Kustom hp-cs?

Can any other needle size, other than the .35, be fitted in this gun? I've been to their web site and don't see any other options.

I don't think so. It's more then just the needle that's the problem. The nozzle and nozzle cap also needs to match.

Yes, you can. You can put the .5mm needle and nozzle setup from the BCS on there.

The Kustom CS uses the same internal parts as the Eclipse CS.
Pages 16 and 17 of this PDF shows the standard and optional parts for the CS:
