I just received my new Renegade Series set. They are very nice and well made. The only thing odd is they were quite dirty. I found very small strings, dust and junk inside of the Spirit and the Velocity. The Velocity was the worst. Here is a pic of what fell out when I took the trigger and stuff out.

That just fell out when I taped the handle on the surface. I don't think anything is wrong just odd. I don't know if it could be corrosion or just some of the excess coating that they use. In any event they all feel real nice and smooth. The trigger spring tension is very adjustable it gives me about 27 half turns and you can really feel the difference in the tightness of the trigger. I found out that the trigger limiter for the Krome is the same part number for the Renegade Series so I am thinking of ordering the guadge from the Krome to use on the set so I can mark the settings and return to them as needed. I just can't get over how smooth the trigger and the threads are. Now I just need to spray some paint through them.

If anyone has any questions about the kit I'll try to answer them.

Cool, you will have to let me know how it sprays....I am waiting for my new Velocity I ordered. It is supposed to be here wed. or thur.

Hope none of that junk got into your nozzle, very odd. Anyway congrats on your new toys!

I'm going to give them a good cleaning before I spray anything through them. Right now I'm so busy I can't see straight let alone try and learn, maybe in a day or two.

The velocity is an excellent brush, I have the fine and ultra fine setup for it and its the only brush I own and use
