Does anyone have an idea where a guy can get one for in line?? that's prolly the best thing about the Master AB I used.... again lack of research continues whooping my tail......
Here is the one I use, got it from Amazon. Grex G-MAC MAC Valve with Quick Connect Coupler and Plug https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002XQ2K84/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_9Ucevb12XVPAE https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002XQ2K84/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_9Ucevb12XVPAE
I just a sparmax one for my micron, but I'm not impressed with it, I thought the stiffness of the dial compared to the built in mac on my HP-BH would mean more control, but instead I either get air that's too high or I get nothing at all, so time to try another type, I have good things about the grex model.
Yeah, the Grex one has a pretty fine adjustment on it. I have some cheapie I used prior and it was kinda wonky, but it's still sitting in my drawer as a spare if the Grex one craps out.
Despite the problem I have with it, I do like the fact that it converts any standard hose to a quick disconnect, which means I now have about five back up hoses, which will be handy for me since every time a brush gets lobbed the hose usually goes with it,
I had a leak with mine to but changing the black O ring seal for a flat one to a dough nut type cured that problem, although if you mean the connector it'self, I just recently took one apart on my hose and made the spring stronger as well making sure that circlip ring fitted more snug into it's aperture allowing the pull tube to reach it's full travel, before that my brush kept flying off of it, but not any more, now the bastard does what it's told
To take it apart you simply remove the the circular clip at the top of it and then with your male connector attached/inserted pull the pull tube over the top of it, but be careful it has three very small ball-bearings which are easy to lose, I did mine over a metal tray with high sides so as not to lose anything, all I did after that was stretch the spring to make it stronger and then tighten the ring so that it fitted snugly into it's place around the top of the fitting, as long as yo don't lose anything it's a five minute job, and it so simple even I can do it While you do this, check automatic closure valve inside the hose itself to make sure it is sitting properly, I've had one slightly turn also causing a leak, but a little gentle prodding with ly stick or similar will set it straight.
So there is a dangerous damn monkey on the loose and still everyone wants to pick on me, what the hell have I done?
You have done nothing at all, But you do come back at us where the monkey just stays in hiding and only comes out to mess up all our equipment.. plus we are keeping you mental state mental , We can not have you going sane on us now can we?
Madbrush going sane is the same as saying Obama can lead, a total absurdity pure and simple, so don't worry about that ever happening, as for the monkey, well....don't get me started
