Micron cup bubbles

greeting all, I have an Iwata micron sb v2. I'm spraying createx illustration paint, and it has developed a new problem, I can only spray 2-3 seconds before it stops with tip dry and bubbling in the cup, I tried thinning it down-doesn't help.When it sprays it sprays fine. If I pull the trigger all the way back and clear it, it is good for another 2- 3 seconds.,any thoughts? thanks

Have you checked to see if you have a leak at the head? Typically if it sprays for a few seconds and stops and bubbling through the cup there is an air leak and not paint related.
