I bought few of this and put light bulbs in, quite good solution, but I feel it is not enough.

I have 2 of these on my easel and cause I need better light on my third workbench I would put those from easel there and I would upgrade lights on my easel. My second workbench has 2 of them already. Here is a kicker. I found 2 options, price is very similar, but there is some difference betwen them.

Unfortunately I can't find any videos about the one with leds. Anybody have any idea what are cons and pros of each one?

LEDs typically have an hour rating that is higher than it's expected to be used in a "lifetime"
Lifetime in quotes because it's at times been legally defined as average expected life of the product (usually 10 years) and sometimes 25 years. So they can say they never need replaced.

Personally I'd probably buy a $10 flourescent fixture and some of those bulbs like @musicmacd recommended.

Usually that's not the bulb, it's the components that control it.

    Mmmm....idk kinda up to you.
Does led light bother you....some bother me...some don't.
Probably save you a few bucks and some trouble over like ten years time.
Then again the other gives you the option to use all kinds of different bulbs and tune in what you want......you can even get LEDs that fit into the tube slots.

I was thinking the same. Cheaper option looks more open to modification. Leds one has dimmer function...

I had some florescent shop lights which crashed on my art table. Ok, I'm not the most mechanically inclined, but when my son has time, I'm rehanging them. They flood the work area with light.
Ordered some LED goose neck lamps which clamp onto the table and allow up close lighting. They're bright, but not always convenient. The shop lights were much brighter overall.
LEDs have supposedly long life spans in theory, but manufacturing quality and environmental factors usually limit their life span to much shorter time periods. Also, many of these lamps aren't designed for replaceable LED bulb units.
Costs more for sure, but if it gets you a bright enough light close in to make your work easier, it may justify the extra money spent.
Like Robby said, it's up to you.

If you can you want full spectrum bulbs, hard to find, if not an LED lamp with an colour output of 5500-6000K will be the best option, look for CRI index the closer the number to 100 the more accurate the colour rendition will be.
Keep away from compact Fluoro bulbs as they buzz and become annoying :)

Also with LEDs if they work good for a few weeks they usually work for ever! I’ve found in my electrical business that LEDs fail quickly, and as Rocketboy said it’s the drivers that fail not the chip

I have problems with that. Can't find CRI index on lamps... No info there.

I'm a big fan of the 48" shop light fixtures that are like $7 at Wally world. Then slapping in bulbs that are like $20 for the pair lol
