New to Airbrush

Hi, I am Zavi, I have been trying to airbrush for 2 months now and have had little success. I am very frustrated and hope to learn from this site. A few people told me take a Dru Blair 's course but I am unable to do that at this time. I bought his eye kit and had so so results. Too much over spray and bad dowel rod work left me with a eye but not a nice one. I want to be able to do portraits but seems that is a long way off.

Welcome home
So where do you call home ?
what airbrush and paints are you using .
This place is full of answers

Welcome. There’s a lot to learn when it comes to airbrushing, so don’t be put off if the first few attempts don’t go quite as you had hoped. Don’t be concerned about posting pictures of your work, sometimes it’s easier to get the information you need if we can see what’s going on.

Welcome from Australia,
As the gang have said
What brush,
What paint
Which compressor
What psi

Did you get the Dru kit with paint ?

Hey Airzavi, welcome to the forum. We ALL started the same and could barely paint dots and lines at first. It takes time and practice. As the others have asked,
So where in the world do you call home?
What airbrush and paints are you using?
What psi are you running at and what compressor do you have?

Make a new dowel for the kit, have another go, start with light coats. We can help but you have to do the airbrushing..
We will help you and get you sorted.
