New to the whole airbrushing thing.

I have checked every single one in my area including Home Depot and Lowe's. They all have rescuers that will work but only catch maybe two threads on their fitting I don't wanna cob job. I'm going to get the Iwata air hose tomorrow from Hobby Lobby I was told the are the same airbrush fitting...1/8 th
 
:) it's ok, I tend to keep an eye on threads that I'm participating in. As long as you get what you need it doesn't matter where it comes from :)
 
Yeah, comressor fittings can be a real pain at times, especially when you have to muck around with reducers, connectors quick releases etc.
Rule of thumb is - less joints, less leaks!
Makes good sense to me.
Also, don't forget a turn or two of teflon plumbers tape.
Saves joints, leaks and wear on threads.
