I was trying to AB a pin up, when i tried to do the outlining like on the legs, i get to much overspray.
Do i have to reduce the paint more and work with a lower pressure and how much can you reduce createx opaque black. I did this with 1/15 (paint/water). The problem is when i lower my pressure i start to get stippeling in the lines .

Createx standard textile paint is thick. For T-shirts it is great using a .5 tip. But for fine art is takes some practice to get the flow right through a .35 or smaller tip size.

I have been out at 1 part paint to 30 or 40 parts reducer.
If you are using straight water try adding some 70% or better alcohol to it (No rubbing alcohol) this will help reduce the paint better. so your mixture of water 75% to 25% alcohol.

Also you can use a spray shield to protect the area you wish no paint to get on. Also make sure you are spraying in the direction that you want paint.

What do you mean by no rubbing alcohol, the only alcohol i know is for drinking :very_drunk: LOL

Make your reducer from 'shine and distilled water .... that way, if everything goes tits up, you can drink the reducer! Don't substitute coke for the distilled water as it dries sticky, though it does make the reducer taste better! :drunk:

Raidok, it looks like you have good line control. This is probably a dumb answer for you but have you tried using freehand shields or even your hand to control the overspray

Don't be shy to use shields. Everybody does. If you don't want to use shields, you need to drop the air. And paint away from the area you want to keep clean.
