I ended up with quite a few xmas orders for door signs most of which I cant show anywhere as they surprise presents. It should be safe to show these two here okay :)

Trying to knock these out quickly as it takes a while to make the wooden plaques , one thing I noticed is that the exterior sealer once applied 'raises' the grain which I kind of like as it gives a nice texture to the painting, you can just see this to the right of the owl because of the light glare on the clear coat.

Both are 10" x 8" cut from 18mm timber board primed with white undercoat

    Etac paint

    Thanks for looking..

Watching your arts is misleading, because it looks easy done, because you aren’t working too long to achieve an amazing results...
I have done the Blue tit, and I went through many confuses and difficult moments ;)
It’s also been an over a year already, since I started airbrushing.
I’m wanting to be as good as you and other artists, but it seems I can’t fight the time of experience...
Within a year of time,I’ve just learnt how to use the airbrush ;)
Painting is continuously on learning curve - not as easy as I thought, or I’m just get stuck in one place ;)
I think it’s time to start thinking (saving) for the proper course?
It might give me a “boost” ;)

You have progressed immensely in the short time you have been airbrushing. I have been told a course certainly boosts your abilities and cuts the down the learning curve time. I would love to go in a course one day...

    Hahagaa !!
You don’t need to , lol
If only my circumstances were better,I’d purchase the course ;)
Atm all I can is slowly building up my painting confidence ;)
    Thanks for kind words Steve.

Thanks, I also intend to do a couple for display at a couple of local art fairs I attend. These seem to be quite popular..
