Another question for the historians - Ebay had a Paasche AB listed with a box noting that it's from "Paasche Airbrush CANADA Ltd."

I never knew Paasche had a Canadian office. Does anyone know anything about it? A quick Google search tells be that this was right around the corner from where I'm currently living in Toronto. - 864 Pape Ave. Looking through the photos in the above ebay listing, though, one can see that the airbrush was made in the USA...

Just a guess. I think it may have been the Canadian distributor for Paasche. If you lived in Canada you'd buy from them. It may have been wholesale to shops selling Paasche products or retail. I don't know.

You should have at least one distributor in every country you wanted a market share from. From Paasche's perspective it would be more cost effective to ship bulk orders to various countries then let that company distribute them. It's a good way to run a business that wants to be global.

Again, just a guess.
