Mine is done. I just have to seal it and then it can be mailed.
Mine is also done...but I need to wait until this *# $%& *^%^ postal strike is done. If I mail out now, it might get lost in the back log...
After the near disaster last time, the extra drying time is not a bad thing...
Gents, Apologies for being absent for so long. Long story! Anyway, I have selected my image, and will be painting this weekend for the first time in months. Yey. (I may have to do a couple of attempts, to make sure it's not horrendous!!)
Looking forward to slinging some paint again, and hearing what you guys think of it!
Just a friendly reminder that you only have 4 days of paint time left then December 1 will be here and you should have them in the mail
I know that the holiday season can through folks off track with black Friday deal and Cyber Monday deals and CAKE!! So once in a while it is nice to get a reminder of something fun
I have had mine done for a couple of weeks now. The postal strike here in Canada just ends at noon today. Our government finally ordered them back to work. They do have a huge back log of mail sitting at the dist. centers. I will get it sent in a couple of weeks so my PP doesn't just sit waiting for the back log to dwindle....Knowing the postal workers, it would just get lost.....
I want to say sorry to my PaintPal...even though you have no idea who you are...
Thanks Tony I assume that affects all of Canada ?
In cases where the postal system in your country is on strike it is forgiven on not sending it out on time. But like Tony has done please let us know
Yes....The whole country was affected
Mine is in the wind making its way to some poor, unsuspecting victim Bwaaahaaahaa!

I got mine sent out Monday!! FIRST TIME EVER I was before the deadline BAAAHHAAA
Man no wonder it went from being 65 on Sunday to 17 on Monday the weather had a heart attack due to you getting one out before the deadline...LMAO
Lmao!! Something happened that's for sure!
Just mailed mine out today. It's on its way!!
Okay to help me keep track of who has sent there and have their paint pal make it to it's new home I have removed the names from the sign up list.
So if your name is no longer on the list you're in the clear
Today is the official send off date I do know those in the great white north aka Canada have dealt with a postal strike which may make theirs late on not only sending them out but getting theirs as well.
I am still thinking on how many to have next year and when to have them so if you have an opinion on it please let me know.
IE......should we only have one a year or 2 a year of 3 a year. I have found 4 a year is a bit much not only to work into my schedule but the number who sign up drops a lot by the fourth one.
Good news for Canada...They have been mandated back to work. I am going to mail mine out at the end of the week. Not bad...only a week late...
I am just glad you can get and send mail again.
I sent mine about a week ago, so it should be arriving soon. As for the number of PP’s in a year, my vote would fall with 2 or 3. I’d like more than 1 a year, but more than happy to go with the majority.

@Mr.Micron ; similar to what SiRoxx said, and that if it is difficult to get 4 into your schedule, then I think 2 per year would be
a reasonable number. Makes your life easier (probably) and gives the entrees a little more time to perhaps produce one in advance,
thus improving mailing times (for some it might not ).
I am good with 3 a year but it seems the closer to the end of the year we get the less folks sign up. But mainly I will do as many as people are willing to do.
But then again I also see how many I can get painted up in the time between the opening of sign up and the day I give the names out LOL
I took the chance and mailed out today....Keep your fingers crossed it doesn't just sit there with what ever back log they have....
I am really open to what ever is decided about how many to have next year....as long it isn't under 3 and has to be 3 or more...or....
No procrastinations or sitting on the fence there then eh...!!!!
