Passache Talon defective?

I just got my Passache Talon and when I opened the box the handle and neddle stop portion of the ab was loose so I tried to screw it back on and it would not tighten and keeps falling loose even pushing the trigger back will push it loose. Is this normal? Should I have to use something like plumers tape to make it fit tight. It seems to me it is defective but I am too new to to know. BTW the threads look good but seem to slip.

I can not imagine that is normal. I would contact the seller and complain.

it is defective, when i got mine everything was tight,so if it loose from the box call the retailers and complaint,because they should fine!!!
