Projection alternative

This by no means would ever replace a projector but it is a good way to trace out stencils that are larger than a sheet of paper. I have an old 42 in dlp TV just sitting around so I thought I'd give it a purpose. I hooked up my lap top too it take the image I want and now I can scale it up to 42 in then I tape my paper to the screen and start tracing. Ill take some pictures shortly.

In my youth I use to trace from TV aswell. The old tube TVs build up static and actually kept the paper in place.

As long as you're not tracing while the wife's favorite show is on or you'll be in trouble.
