Regulator leaking at connections

I bought a new PointZero Regulator. It leaks at all three connection holes- In, Out, and the threads for the meter. I put some O-rings and that helped a lot, but it still leaks at these connection if the pressure is high enough. Is it Ok to use a pipe thread sealant on these threads or is there a better way to stop the leaks?

Thanks for any help!

Hi Marc, you should be able to wrap some plumbers Ptfe tape round the threads and the tighten as normal. If you have time please pop over to the introduction thread and tell us a bit about yourself, what gear you have, what you paint or intend to paint where your located etc.. it just helps us direct you in the right direction if you need any help.

Tape rather than liquid sealant. That way its less hassle if you want to change your setup

Thank you all...I get some of the tape.

Over the weekend I applied the Teflon tape to the threads on the connection and NO MORE LEAKS! Thanks so much all the help!
