i was reading in the web page of chicago airbrush supply (about my spare parts)and i notice for my surprise, for once a good one, that they have a discount.and i notice some paints, spectratex.so my question is what kind of paints are and what kind of reducer they need and so on.any word on the subject will be extremely appreciated!!!:glee:

Spectra are a great water based acrylic paint, they are suitable for all surface, canvas, paper plastic, metal etc etc so long as you prep the surface as you would normally.....they don't fade in sunlight so ok for exterior applications.I believe they handle similarly to wicked paints but with a little less tip dry

Also as far as reduction I have yet to need to really reduce them.
But mainly I just use denatured alcohol and water.
