anyone know of a good synthetic paper that takes screatching that is available in the UK
Well if you had taken the time to not only use the search feature but to also make a proper introduction here :https://www.airbrushforum.org/introductions/
But Yupo & Terraslate are available in the UK .
@Mr.Micron, you dropped your Dragon,
Here he is
Thanks Jackie it was still early morning here so was not fully functioning LOL
I used Lana Vanguard for these 3 paintings to 'test' it out ..
Here are the links to each..
I bought a pad of it from Amazon , reasonably priced as well.
Amazing paintings! Great detail.
You can also get Yupo from various places inc ebay..
I will also vouch for Lana Vanguard, but yes pop over to the intros and say hi, tell us a little about what you like or hope to paint, what kit you have. We're nosy . Plus peeps will want to give a proper welcome.
I remember seeing some comparison tests between Yupo paper and the back side of inkjet photo paper. This was from the POV of alcohol-based ink blending, but for airbrushing it might be worth a look. Cheaper by volume than Yupo if it does.
