Hey all, I'm a disabled mechanic that got into airbrushing just over a year ago. I have always been into art, but just last winter I had a friend buy an airbrush and a true-fire set for me to try to paint his Vette, lol. I wasn't holding my breath that I'd be able to pull it off, but he said if I did it, he'd give me the airbrush and the paints. He was going to paint the car anyway, so I thought I'd give it a try. He ended up having me help with the bodywork, which led to learning to spray primer. As the steps came up, he just kept handing me the spraygun, sealer, paint, and the clear after the artwork. We spent the whole winter doing bodywork during the day, and I'd airbrush at home in the evenings. One thing led to another and here I am, hooked.

Hi mate welcome aboard, good to hear your hooked! I know the feeling. Theres a lot of help on offer here so dont be afraid to ask anything...
Cheers Lou.
