Hello,

There is an old saying in endurance auto racing that goes something like "the winner will not be the one with less problems, but the one better prepared to deal with problems".
I took advantage of the 50% OFF Black Friday coupon and ordered a bunch of parts to USA Airbrush Supply.
I ordered a needle spring screw, part number 50-031.
I received my order. The part is clearly identified, BUT, it was the wrong part. They sent an air valve spring screw. I double/triple checked to make sure it was not my error ordering the wrong part.

I sent them an email explaining but honestly, my hopes were not the highest.
To my surprise I received an email the next day, quickly and swiftly providing the tracking number of the correct part that was been sent immediately. Just got it today and it is the correct one.
I can't really blame anybody fulfilling the order. It clearly says 50-031. The problem was most likely at the factory mismatching the part and the bag label.
But at the end, it was only a minor inconvenience that was properly fixed.

I had a similar issue with an Iwata nozzle for an HP-B (not +)
Iwata had put the incorrect sticker on the item, and like you I double and triple checked I had ordered the right part number.
