OMG, I forgot to put this with the pictures. Just a little background on this box.
Hi everyone. Just thought I would share this box I made to hold a few of my brushes. I woodburned the outside of the box and then torched it to darken the wood some. I used plastic wire clips I found at Homedepot and hot glued them to the box. I then lined the box with some black felt. It's not perfect but the brushes are very secure and I kinda like the way it looks. Just wanted to share with all of you.
Be safe everyone
Very nice- I’d need a bigger box and @DaveG would need a wood burned door to his armoury
Nice work Mikey. I too would need a larger box. I keep mine in pelican boxes I acquired from one of my old jobs. They ony hold 2 or 3 each but I can get more in. Handy when you only need to take a couple of airbrushes with you.
I do have a metal flight case that I could convert at some point. I don't have any energy or motivation to do anything at the moment, the heat here is draining me. Lucky my work is outside and im in the wind as I work. Back to it tomorrow, lets hope I keep cool.
That is a great looking box? Was the cowboy had skull your design?
Thanks JackEb, Yeah Dave's collection is amazing.
Thanks Gordon, No, I can't take credit for the cowboy, I got this pattern from a tattoo design
