Ya I do this quite a bit actually. It takes nothing to pull the needle out and just wipe clean real quick. I carved and made custom molds all weekend. Didn't even touch an airbrush but I have some new molds, some custom carvings to make molds and some new to me old school molds in the mail coming. So, hoping if all gets here soon, I will be casting lots of foam and flocking and will have a line up of airbrushing to get through. Soon enough I will have lots of work to get done.Hi,
After flushing with appropriate thinner, I usually take the needle out and check for any paint residue. If any, I wipe it down. I reinsert the needle carefully and remove it again, maybe a few times, until the needle comes out clean.
Thanks,
Ismael
