For anyone that wants a budget lightbox.
I got an 11x14 plastic frame with glass from dollar general for $3 cut out the backing leaving the frame edge around, supporting the glass.
I cut a ledge on 4 pieces of wood to fit the frame, used a bulb socket I had and a 13watt fluorescent bulb.
I placed wax paper between the frame and glass and duct taped some folded tinfoil over the center of the bulb to kill any hotspot.
It works fine, the pic below shows a light image of Emma Stone through a second piece of printer paper.
The pennies in the second shot are just weight to hold the paper down so it could be seen clearly in the photo.
