Candy Blue

What colors do you guys use under candy blue? I am aware of the basic pearl/metallic colors, for example if you are doing flames under candy green and do the flames in white then add yellow hot spots it will give you a toxic waste type look, I am curious to what colors you guys would use to do effects such as that under candy blue or any other combinations of candies/colors for a pop of color.

Not sure if I am wording that correctly or just being confusing:).

With candies I normally wing it:whistling::whistling:..or i think the technical term is experiment....yeah rightlollol I did a guitar body a while back and that was basecoat black airbrush white and candy blue over the whole lot then clear coat11282491_1433662046954806_1738538902_o.jpg .

All depends on the look you want. I used some violet here, then varied shades of blues getting lighter and lighter. This picture really does no justice to the range of colors that are visible to the eye. It's way more dynamic and multidimensional then it appears here. This was with the old Auto Air candies though.
