Hey,
after searching through the internet for a nice airbrushing community, I think was successful! Admin of this site suggested for me to introduce myself, so here I go.
I tried my luck in life with many things and usually failed miserably. Probably because I have the shortest attention span of any living creature. Flames quickly start burning, but they are being put out even quicker. After burning through all kinds of fuel I think I found some material that can keep me warm for long and that is - airbrushing. And by saying keeping me warm, I also mean, making some livelihood doing it.
My friend bought himself a Chinese airbrush, he didn't even use it, so I asked him if I can borrow that sucker and try it out. The only artistic background before this that I had, was computer painting with the tablet, but when I started airbrushing couple of months ago, I was surprised how similar it is to photoshop. Obviously it was much harder, you had to mix your colors, not to mention that even the smallest error could mean that you are in a trouble. But I liked it, I can sit 5 hours doing airbrushing without even blinking.
I am hoping that I will find here inspiration, advice and hopefully able to help others too. My future project will be to airbrush my superbike, probably with some sort of popular culture theme, maybe game of thrones?
And I can't believe how many talented people are in this forum, I am jealous, !
